Sarah is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, life stressors, trauma, or any other personal or relational struggles, she is there to help you find your path forward. Sarah work with adults, teenagers, children, couples, and families. Her work targets limiting beliefs and unhelpful behaviors that hold you back, while increasing healthy thoughts and behaviors that nurture your growth.

Sarah previously served a practicum at Andrew’s Community Counseling Center. She is a graduate of both Fresno Pacific University, and Andrew’s University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In addition to her work with Janz Family Therapy, Sarah is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology.
